The Extra Direct account is open to everyone* and it's quick and easy to apply. If you're like so many people and find yourself constantly overspending, then we can help, just call this number to apply:

What will happen next:
  • A Welcome letter and Wages Mandate will be sent out to you. You need to pay any account opening fee due.
  • Call to activate your account and set up your salary payments and standing orders.
  • We then send you your Extra Direct Prepaid MasterCard® card and PIN separately, along with your Online Account Management password.
  • Call again to activate your card and your Online Account Management.
